This sorbet is made with a home made elderflower cordial, which in turn is made with the fragrant elderflowers that grow abundantly in Dorset's hedgerows. We try to make as much as we can every summer when the blossoms are out, but when the cordial is finished, we have to wait until the next year. So order quickly before it runs out.
