Pork is minced and mixed with the other ingredients, then formed and fried in oil. The product obtains a centre temperature of min. 76°C and is afterwards frozen to -18 °C. The Meatball has a uniform shape, a nice dark brown crust and a smell and taste of pork with mixed spices
